The intercontinental ballistic rocket Hwasong-15 newly developed under the political resolution and strategic decision of the Workers' Party of Korea was successfully test-fired.

The successful test-fire of Hwasong-15 is of weighty significance.

It is a heroic event which demonstrated all over the world that DPRK has accomplished the historic cause of building the state nuclear force.

The Hwasong-15 weaponry system, capable of carrying super-heavy nuclear warhead and striking the whole mainland of the U.S., has greater advantages in its tactical and technological specifications and technical characteristics than Hwasong-14 whose test-fire was conducted in July last. This is the most powerful ICBM, which means that the DPRK has attained its goal of completing the rocket weaponry system development set by it.

The successful launch of Hwasong-15 is a great event that proved that no force on the earth can block our dynamic advance toward the final victory of socialism.

Now the U.S. imperialists desperately tighten heinous sanctions and blockade against the DPRK while trumpeting about a war to break our will at any cost.

The DPRK conducted the successful test-fire of new-type ICBM despite the vicious challenges of the U.S. imperialists and their vassal forces and manifold difficulties. Thus it dealt a heavier blow to the enemies' sanctions and pressure and fully displayed again the invincible spirit of socialist Korea advancing on the strength of self-reliance and self-development.

The accomplishment of the historic cause of completing the state nuclear force is a gift of loyalty presented to President 
Kim Il Sung and leader Kim Jong Il who devoted their whole lives to prosperity of the country and the nation. And this is an extra-large event and a great victory that could be brought only by respected Supreme Leader Kim Jong Un, the peerlessly great man.

This great victory will shine long in the history of our Party and country and further propel the all-out general offensive for implementing the decision set forth at the Seventh Congress of the Workers' Party of Korea.
